A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

This is central and a bit misleading as every major city's centre will look good.
Tells you nothing of the daily lives of the average John/Ivan.
Although, obviously, Russia has gone far since the communist era. And Eastern European Russian-like countries like Poland have a very comparable lifestyle socioeconomically like America.communist until you get rich
