What action has been taken against schools that violate the fee rule? Vra HC Telangana

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has ordered the state government to submit a report to the bank on what action it has taken against the schools that violate the government order 46. “How many schools have been issued notices for the disobedience of the court order”, the court.

A two-judge bench, consisting of Chief Justice Hema Kohli and Judge B. Vijaysen Reddy, said in a petition filed by the Hyderabad School Parents Association that GO 46 (22 April 2020) should be strictly followed and that only the school fees must therefore be collected. It also ordered that the online classes and exams be extended.

In a reply to the bank, state adviser Sanjiv Kumar said that although the government has issued GO 46 instructing the schools to collect only the tuition fees but that some schools are also collecting deposit fees. It is further said that the schools have compiled notices with special teams that will report to the government, which will then lead to punitive action against the faulty schools.

The court asked the state government to submit its report which the public prosecutor asked for even longer and the next hearing was set for the 23rd of April.
