Did anyone else notice negative facial changes when they started putting on weight? People have always told me I've got a nice face but I always thought my body lagged behind. At 6'1 160ish I was always pretty skinny. I didn't have too much fat but I wasn't particularly lean because I had like 0 muscle definition in my upper body at the same time. I trained mostly aerobic stuff and endurance instead of strength. So I cut out the cardio and started bulking on a real resistance training program around November/December and have put on 13ish pounds since. I'm making okay progress at the gym and have added 20-50 pounds on my major lifts but my body still isn't anything special and my body is being dragged down by my thin forearms/calves. My saving grace was always my somewhat model esque facial features but since adding the extra weight my face is starting to look full and pretty average and I ****in hate it. I'm hoping it's just water retention but if not I'm really starting to think I'm better off cutting back down to my original weight and staying a skinny phuck forever
