Man hacked to death in broad daylight in Hyderabad, revenge killing suspected

HYDERABAD: A person who was previously allegedly involved in a murder case, was hacked to death by four unknown assailants in Mailardevpally on Thursday.
Mailardevpally police said that Asad Khan,40, died after he was repeatedly hacked to death. A video of the victim being killed was caught on camera. The accused left the knife at the spot and sped away in an auto-rickshaw.
Asad is an accused in the murder of Amjad Khan, which took in 2018 at Shastripuram.
Police are probing Asad’s murder to check whether it is revenge killing by persons linked to late Amjad. Police reached the spot and the victim’s family members are giving their complaint in the police station.
Police are verifying the CCTV footage, in which it was shown that the victim, who was travelling on a bike along with another person, was dashed from the rear side using the auto rickshaw. Later, the four persons got down and the victim was killed using sickles and axe.
