USA is already an ally of the Arab states (the ones that have money) that matter. Look at Gulf War 1 and Gulf War 2: Saudi let US station army in it and stuff.
USA isn't an ally of chithole Arab republics like Syria, Iraq (pre-Gulf), Yemen or North Africa in general.
There's a bit of a weird relationship with Jordan and especially Egypt but that's "relationship complicated" like a Facebook slert.
