    Shoulder Injury

    Wasn’t sure where to post this so forgive me mods.

    Anyone else have issues with AC joint arthritis? I had the procedure done last year for it and it’s definitely helped. However it still acts up from time to time, especially if I have my arm out for prolonged periods of time. Anyone have any advice for this?
