The original CSI starring William Peterson and Jorja Fox is getting a reboot.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the actors will be reprising their roles as Gil Grissom and Sarda Sidle in CSI: Vegas.

The rest of the cast includes Paula Newsome, Matt Lauria, Mel Rodriguez, and Mandeep Dhillon. Wallace Langham will return to play David Hodges.

The official logline for the show reads: "CSI: Vegas opens a brand-new chapter in Las Vegas, the city where it all began. Facing an existential threat that could bring down the Crime Lab, a brilliant new team of forensic investigators must welcome back old friends and deploy new techniques to preserve and serve justice in Sin City."

CSI, the first series in the franchise, ran for 15 seasons from 2000 - 2015. It spurned three spin-offs: CSI: Miami, CSI: New York and CSI: Cyber.
