Now, the diva took to her Instagram handle to share another inspiring video which shows how the actress evolved from her acting career to her present-day lifestyle. The transformation video shows how earlier she was 'under pressure' to look good according to the so-called beauty standards of the industry. But later, she not only learnt to love herself the way she is but also embraced everything about herself. Captioning the same, Sameera wrote, 'From Padded bras, coloured contact lenses, airbrushed, enhanced perfect pictures To today's pure freedom to be myself. No judgement . No pressure . Just me.' Sameera's mother-in-law Manjri Varde reacted to her post and commented, 'The then of the then is superlative but the now of the now has two cherries on the cake. So maybe I'm loving the cherries.' Several fans of the actress were quick to appreciate her transformation video in the comment section. Well, time and again, the actress has talked about self love and how to break body image issues. Once, Sameera shared a heartfelt note on acceptance and appearances which read as, 'No Botox , no filter , nothing. It’s easy to doubt ourselves at many points. Especially when we grow a year older a few years ago I almost caved under pressure that we inflict on ourselves! I wanted to cover up my age with a million fixes and I’m so grateful I chose not to . I’m at peace with myself and that’s priceless . It was hard especially after being in business that was all about appearances.'
