Esaar (India) informs about closure of trading window

In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015, Esaar (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall close from Thursday, April 01, 2021 until forty-eight hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
