MTS starts new share buyback programme

Russian operator MTS has announced the details of the buyback programme for this year recently approved by the company's management board. The buyback worth up to RUB 15 billion includes buying shares from MTS's parent company Sistema and two Sistema subsidiaries, Russia-based Sistema Telecom Assets and Luxembourg-registered Sistema Finance.
