JSW STEEL share price has hit an all-time high at Rs 471 (up 0.7%).

Over the last one year, JSW STEEL has moved up from Rs 150 to Rs 471, registering a gain of Rs 321 (up 214.4%).
The BSE METAL has moved up from 5,579 to 14,375, registering a gain of 8,796 points (up 157.7%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE METAL Index stocks during this same period were JINDAL STEEL & POWER (up 281.1%), SAIL (up 263.8%) and HINDALCO (up 248.1%).

The BSE Sensex is at 50,050 (down 0.6%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ FINSERV (up 1.1%), TATA STEEL (up 0.9%) and RELIANCE IND. (up 0.9%). Other gainers include SUN PHARMA (up 0.7%) and NTPC (up 0.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,814 (down 0.4%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA MOTORS (up 2.5%), GAIL (up 2.2%) and TATA STEEL (up 1.6%). Other gainers include HINDALCO (up 1.5%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 1.1%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 29,947 to 50,050, registering a gain of 20,103 points (up 66.4%).
JSW STEEL net profit stood at Rs 27 billion for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 21.1% to Rs 218.6 billion during the period as against Rs 180.6 billion in October-December 2019.
For the year ended March 2019, JSW STEEL reported 19.2% increase in net profit to Rs 75.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 63.4 billion during FY18.
Revenue of the company grew 15.8% to Rs 848 billion during FY19.
The current Price to earnings ratio of JSW STEEL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 28.9x.
