    Silver futures ease on subdued demand

    On Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery declined by Rs 52 to Rs 63,072 per kg.

    NEW DELHI: Silver futures on Wednesday dropped Rs 52 to Rs 63,072 per kg as participants reduced their bets on low demand.

    On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery tumbled by Rs 52, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 63,072 per kg in a business turnover of 11,453 lots.

    Silver traded lower by 0.15 per cent at USD 24.10 per ounce in New York.
