WOCKHARDT share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 425.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE Index is at 21,145 (up 1.6%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE Index today is WOCKHARDT (up 5.2%).

SUN PHARMA ADV. RES. (down 1.6%) is among the top loser today.

Over the last one year, WOCKHARDT has moved up from Rs 166 to Rs 425, registering a gain of Rs 258 (up 154.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE has moved up from 11,430 to 21,145, registering a gain of 9,715 points (up 84.6%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE HEALTHCARE Index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 452.8%), STRIDES PHARMA SCIENCE (up 174.4%) and JUBILANT PHARMOVA (up 171.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 49,616 (up 1.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TATA STEEL (up 3.7%), TITAN (up 3.1%) and HUL (up 2.9%). Other gainers include NTPC (up 2.6%) and ONGC (up 2.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are TATA STEEL and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,573 (up 1.3%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA STEEL (up 6.0%), BAJAJ FINSERV (up 4.5%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 4.3%). Other gainers include HINDALCO (up 4.2%) and TATA MOTORS (up 3.8%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 28,536 to 49,616, registering a gain of 21,080 points (up 73.85%).

WOCKHARDT Financial Update...

WOCKHARDT net profit stood at Rs 487 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 192 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 21.0% to Rs 6.9 billion during the period as against Rs 8.7 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2018, WOCKHARDT reported 36.6% increase in net profit to Rs 3.1 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.3 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 1.9% to Rs 39 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of WOCKHARDT, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 74.2x.
