I mean I kinda know the answer but its like they are trying to hit him from all sides. none of these claims against Trump have ever been fruitful. Moreover, rich guys are often pursued by the women aggressively ...which they never seem to mention. its always one sided against the men.

Trump CAN be sued for defamation by The Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos after he said she lied when accusing him of sexual assault, court rules. She claims Trump forcibly kissed her at a job interview in Manhattan's Trump Tower in early December 2007 and then aggressively groped weeks later at a professional dinner in Los Angeles.
Zervos sued Trump in January 2017 after he branded such allegations by women 'lies' and retweeted a post calling Zervos' claims a 'hoax'.

1) Because it's most likely that he's a rapist and sexual assaulter, as he himself admitted to being on the Access Hollywood tapes. Legal proceedings, of course, will determine legal disposition on this.
2) Because his public comments very possibly constitute defamation, in both this case and many others. Legal determinations, etc., again....
It's pretty clear that Trump is a criminal. It's long been BEYOND CLEAR that he has no respect for the law.
Also, it's pretty hard to fault this "they" for seeking legal recourse to a perceived wrong. How the phuk would all the "alpha" dudes on this forum react if their daughter claimed to have been sexually assaulted? "It's no big deal, honey, forget about it"? "Just ignore, it, he's Orange Daddy"?America is on, or has just crossed, the tipping point where ignorami can mentally create their own reality.
