Shweta Tiwari reveals how she realized that there were several incidents that hinted about things going wrong in her marriage but she overlooked them.
MUMBAI: Shweta Tiwari is a prominent name in the Hindi television industry. The actress rose to fame with Ekta Kapoor's show Kausatii Zindagi Kay. Shweta is knowns for her role Prerna on this one of the longest-running drama series which aired n Star Plus.
The beautiful diva starred in several TV shows post that which proved to be a huge hit.
While Shweta's professional life was always on the roll, her personal life too made several headlines over the years.
Shweta's marriage became a hot topic of discussion for various reasons.
The actress was first married to actor Raja Chaudhary at a very young age but things didn't work out for her after a few years and they had an ugly separation.
Shweta also has a daughter named Palak from her first marriage.
Years after her separation from Raja, Shweta found love in Abhinav Kohli and after dating her for some time, she tied the knot with him.
Unfortunately, this marriage too couldn't survive and she had yet another ugly separation.
In an interview with an entertainment portal, Shweta got candid about how she didn't think about things not working in her favour even after noticing several signs.
Shweta said, ''My family did not approve of me getting married at a very young age. They wanted the guy to settle down and also give some time to my relationship. But I was adamant as I was already quite successful. I thought I'll be a helping hand to my partner All I needed was emotional support as I had everything else.''
The actress further said, ''I was emotionally dependent on my partners and they started taking me for granted. Sometimes girls give so much power to their partner and access to your happiness which gives them the liberty to control your life.''
Shweta reveals how she used to take opinions for every small thing from her partners and completely forgot about her happiness.
The Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actress said, ''Now when I look back, I see signs. God was sending me signs that this is not right. I overlooked things. This happened back then as well but I ignored it.''
Well, Shweta has freed herself from both marriages and is living a happy life with her kids Reyansh and Palak.
The actress is quite successful in her career today as well and also a great mother to her kids.
