    Tips on my journey

    Hey guys

    I was 241 a few months ago now I am 173

    my height is 5'8

I am trying to get down to 163-162 and then I plan on to start building muscle at that point.

What are some areas you guys think I should attack? when I get lower in weight or should I stop now.

Many people have been telling me getting in the 160s is very small.

Also, what do guys think my body fat is now I still have a small gut and a flabby chest. However, this is nothing like I used to be built I had a very big gut.

    Thanks in advance

first off great work on the weight loss, glad to see someone making a move for better quality of life.

at this point i wouldn't focus so much on what the scale reads, begin resistance training with a good program. focus on compound movements to gain more muscle, the fat will slowly continue to come off. 160 is small compared to a guy that's 240, do what you think will make you look best. you can be 160, shredded to the gills and look very muscular in your pictures at your height. like i said i would focus on weight training to fill out up top while slowly losing more bodyfat...once your midsection shrinks you'll look way better.
    my info is GOLD
