Anthony Mackie probably wished he had The Falcon's mechanical wings on hand while Running Wild with Bear Grylls.
The 42-year-old joins the British adventurer in the sixth season of the survival skills reality show.
In a clip released on Monday of the first episode, the Marvel actor and Bear travel through the Italian Dolomite mountains where they have to climb down a 200 foot (70 meter) cliff face using an old hemp rope that soldiers would use in World War I.
"That was really scary. When I first went over the wall, I thought I was going to fall, crash into the rocks, then I kind of wanted to duck into a ball and roll down that cavern and smash into the rocks. But I really wanted to do it so that my sons can see me do something crazy," said Anthony.

Speaking about the guests, this season Bear told Forbes: "Many of my guests this year came on the show to prove to themselves that they could survive out there and to learn some cool skills and to test their mettle a little. It's truly impressive to watch."
