Scamming is a legit industry in places like India. Kind of like drug smuggling in Mexico and drug manufacturing in Colombia.
I am sure the cops, judges and politicians all get their cut. They always do.

As someone who works with majority Indian and Pakistani people, they are generally scammers. Not all but most of them are horrible workers but plays the biggest politics and sucks management dicks big time. Everybody has some fake degree from back home and they just fake it until they make it.

Not only do they fake it until they make it, they nepotism each other and some of them don't even fake it and can be openly useless if they've got someone high up pushing them through.
