Nvidia's New Game Ready Driver Brings DLSS to Outriders

Nvidia has announced that Outriders will have support for DLSS. In a press release for its latest Game Ready driver, Nvidia revealed that performance for Outriders will be optimised, alongside the inclusion of DLSS support.

Thanks to the release timing of the new Nvidia GeForce Game Ready driver, DLSS support in Outriders will be present from day one of the game’s April 1 release date.

The press release also reveals that Rainbow Six Siege is getting support for Nvidia Reflex. Essentially, Reflex lowers system latency, sometimes referred to as input lag, in games that support Nvidia Reflex on GeForce RTX graphics cards.

Other games affected by the new driver includes Dirt 5 getting a new ray tracing update, Evil Genius 2: World Domination, and the Kingdom Hearts series, which is making its debut on PC for the first time in the franchise’s history.

Earlier this month, Nvidia had also announced that buying a gaming laptop running on an Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card will get you a free copy of Outriders. The offer will last until either April 15, or while supplies last. Codes sent through the promotion are set to expire on May 28.

Outriders is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Here’s more information on the upcoming shooter’s pre-load date, unlock time, and day one patch.
