AVENTURA, FLA. – Serena Hotel Aventura, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, announced reservations are now open online for stays beginning July 1, 2021. A 10-story, 100-room boutique hotel infused with the dynamic spirit of its highly celebrated South Florida destination, the hotel is slated to make its soft debut in May 2021 and will feature a variety of in-demand amenities including a rooftop entertainment area and pool with 360-degree city views.

Taking its name from the Latin word “serenus”- meaning clear, tranquil, or serene - Serena Hotel Aventura will be a haven in the heart of the Aventura Medical District. Centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami with easy airport access, the hotel is surrounded by popular attractions including world-class shopping at Aventura Mall, horseracing at Gulfstream Park, sunbathing at Sunny Isles Beach and much more. Serena Hotel Aventura is the closest hotel to the Aventura Hospital & Medical Center – a fresh new oasis for patients, families and medical workers.
With a focus on modern design and upscale amenities, Serena Hotel Aventura will feature 100 spacious guestrooms, 30 of which are suites that will be outfitted with separate living areas, kitchenettes and work desks. A rooftop entertainment area boasting panoramic city views and a pool will serve as a relaxing, yet lively space for guests to unwind and catch Miami’s picturesque sunsets. The hotel will also offer a yet-to-be-named Mediterranean Spanish dining concept with a twist, as well as a grab-and-go spot in the lobby for travelers on-the-move. Serena Hotel Aventura is located at 2820 NE 214th Street, inside Ivory 214 – a new state-of-the-art, mixed-use project featuring retail and office spaces. The hotel is being developed by Aventura-based Rieber Developments and operated by Driftwood Hospitality Management.
