So, what do you do for that? It started over a year ago, and I thought it would just fix itself. It happened when I either benched way too hard on the first day back at the gym, or went too heavy on rotator cuff exercises. There's no sharp pain or much pain in any ROM, it's just feels terrible. (Symmetrical)
I can move my arms around nicely, only if I exaggerate my scapula movement in the given direction.
I can't bench at all as a ton of literal pressure/ache builds up inside the shoulders even with the bar.
If I were to emulate someone benching !!standing up, no weights!! with elbows flared at 90 degrees, my shoulders grind and tendons flick around inside an insane amount. There's also a ton of pressure on my side delt and elbow?
I've tried strengthening my rotator cuffs and scapular directions for a few months, but jack **** has worked. Also tried those shoulder dislocations.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
