Xiaomi launches Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11i, Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Lite 5G: Specs, price and more
Xiaomi unveiled four new smartphones at an event in China today. The all four devices -- Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11i, Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Lite 5G -- are part of the company’s Mi 11 series.

To recall, Xiaomi launched Mi 11 in China in December 2020 and globally last month. Now, the company has introduced new handsets in the Mi 11 series.

Here is a detailed look at the specs and price of the new Mi 11 series handsets:

Mi 11 Ultra: 1,199 euros (approximately Rs 1,02,000)
Mi 11 Ultra is the most-powerful handset launched at today’s event. The device houses a tiny 1.1-inch AMOLED screen on the back with the camera setup. Not only does it serve as a small mirror to see yourself before clicking selfies, but it also serves as a notification centre.

In terms of specs, it comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Backed by a 5000mAh battery, it offers 67W wired as well as wireless charging support. It is also IP68 rated, which means that it is waterproof.


The smartphone houses a 6.81-inch WQHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. For imaging duties, it houses a 50MP main sensor, 48MP ultra-wide and 48MP telephoto zoom lens on the back. On the front, there is 20MP sensor.

Mi 11i: Available at Rs 649 euros (approximately Rs 55,500)
The Mi 11i is the global version of the recently launched Redmi K40 Pro+ that was launched in China. It offers a 6.67-inch AMOLED curved FHD+ display (2400x1080p resolution) with 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

For imaging duties, the Mi 11i has a triple-camera setup. This includes a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle sensor and a 5MP telemacro sensor. On the front, there is a 20MP sensor.



Backed by a 4520mAh battery, the handset offers 33W fast charge support.


Mi 11 Lite series: Available at Rs 299 euros onwards (approximately Rs 25,500)

The Mi 11 Lite series includes two smartphones — Mi 11 Lite 5G and Mi 11 Lite 4G. The biggest difference among the two phones is the processor, while Mi 11 Lite 5G runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G SoC, the Mi 11 Lite 4G is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G.


In terms of other specs, the two offer 6.55-inch AMOLED displays with a 90Hz refresh rate. They come backed by a 4250mAh battery with 33W fast charge support.



For imaging duties, they house a 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 5MP tele macro sensor. While the Mi 11 Lite 4G houses a 16MP selfie sensor, the 5G variant a 20MP sensor.
