SABC supplies 6 channels to FTA satellite TV provider Openview

The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has reached an agreement to supply eMedia Investments' free-to-air satellite platform Openview with six television channels, including SABC 1, 2 and 3 and three new channels. TechCentral reported said the deal is significant as it is the first agreement under which another free-to-air platform in South Africa will carry SABC channels.
