He was cut to ribbons for sure and probably did test 2.8% with some inaccurate method. This was when he really started hitting the needles hard, personally I like his physique from II. Big and bulky but achievably naturally.
edit: saw the picture. what an odd shot to share, didn't really show off his bodyfat% much at all.
