    View: Govt must enrol tech enterprises in building a framework for the future of digital universities

    If the country is to achieve the target of 50% GER by 2035 based on the new NEP, it will have to be propelled by a combined effort between all stakeholders for learning.

    2020 saw a radical shift in education delivery. This move towards digital delivery of education created investor interest in it, and H1 2020 saw $4.5 billion invested in education technologies (edtech) globally. As per HolonIQ, that number is three times more than the average venture capital (VC) investments for any six-month period for over a decade.
