Should I tell this girl I'm 5 years older than she thinks?
So misc after 2 years of struggling on the apps I finally changed my birthday. On bumble/tinder/hinge I'm 28, in reality I'm 33
This was a game changer, suddenly I was seeing perky 24 y/o's instead of dried up 35 y/o hags and single moms.
Long story short I ended up meeting a nice girl who I would long term, maybe even wife potential but too soon to tell. we've been out 5 or 6 times and she's into me
I just remembered that she thinks i'm 5 years younger than I really am and I guess I didnt think this far ahead when I changed it. Whats the best way to approach this?
I'm considering just casually mentioning it and testing the waters. if she freaks out, I would ask her what her filter settings were: if she had a 30 cutoff like lots of sloots then my response would be "so you would have never met me if I didn't set my age younger"
I could also just never tell her and hope it never comes up
save your judgment and telling me I deserved this or should have been myself or honest or whatever other bs please. You either don't know the nightmare of post 30 app dating or do and dont realize how much better it gets with a little fudging of age
