Active components:
1. Theobromine
Works similarly to caffeine in that it is an adenosine antagonist. What does this mean? More wakefulness, stimulant effects, increased heart rate. It has a longer half-life than caffeine and is less potent, meaning less of a crash and less need to constantly 'top-up' as you would with frequent coffee breaks through the day.
2. -Epicatechin
Vasodilation. That means a pump, vascularity, a little more blood to the brain. More blood to the brain = more oxygen = you'll feel more alert and 'sharp'. Also makes the body feel good mayne.
3. Tryptophan
The building block of serotonin. Serotonin makes you feel chilled out and content. Happy with the way things are. Easy going.
4. PhenylEthylAmine
More PEA = more dopamine. Dopamine = straight up motivation and energy.
Just had a bunch of the stuff today and I'm feeling really good after months of depression. Srs try it out. People commonly talk about chocolate making people happy, and there's science to back it up.
If you're someone who gets anxiety, try pairing with L-theanine.
1. Dark chocolate. Get some.
2. Eat
3. ???
4. PROFIT
