Odds rn are pretty much 50/50
I think it's going to be a slow burn and end in fireworks.
If Stipe goes for a take down against the fence it's going to be a bad night for him. Francis is too big, too strong and he's got Usman training him for this camp- he's going to stuff it and catch Stipe.
Stipe's best bet is the 1, 2 and cruise to a decision. Make Francis miss and make him pay (100% srs)

Stipe is going to rock his **** again. He's proven not only can he take Francis's best shot, but he could also beat him. I think Stipe might've had a little uncertainty before their first fight. Not anymore. I actually think Stipe finishes him before the championship rounds.
