I'm a remote worker, debating my options. If I was loaded I'd say fuk Boston and just move to NYC for two years, but the most I can afford in rent is $2500/month. Given that NYC is apparently not what it was pre-pandemic and probably won't return in full until 2022, I'm debating living in Boston for one year then moving to NYC around this time in 2022. Thoughts?

Live in NYC for next 2 years, or Boston the 1st year and NYC the 2nd?

NYC is dead. Everyone moved out to NJ/PA/FL
Over 50% of the business are boarded up and shutdown. I would literally only go there if I absolutely needed to be on Wallstreet.
Desantis even joked about it and invited WallStreet to come to Florida.
