On Friday, in the murder of B.Com's final year student Nikita Tomar in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, the court sentenced the convicted Tausif and Rehan to life imprisonment and a fine of 28 thousand rupees. The eyes of the entire nation were focused on the court regarding the decision of this much-talked-about case.

Let us tell you that Tausif and his partner Rehan, the main accused in the Nikita Tomar murder case, can come out of jail after one year. According to the rules, there is a provision in the law. After one year of the verdict, the sentencing convict can file an appeal for parole in the court. If approved, he can come out for a few days citing different reasons.

On Friday, the killers of Nikita were sentenced to life imprisonment by the court of Judge Sartaj Baswana. Since then, people have been seen seeking legal advice in different ways regarding this decision. Senior advocate Innocent Gujjar said that according to the rules, Rehan and Tausif can apply for parole in the court after one year of the verdict.

For this, approval has to be obtained from the District Deputy Commissioner. The Deputy Commissioner approves only after a strong guarantee. There is a provision of four weeks for repairing the house, six weeks for the farmyard, two weeks for the death of someone in the house, and 28 days of payroll for the marriage. Apart from this, there can be many other reasons.

On getting relief from the High Court, he said that the accused will have to appeal to the High Court within 90 days of the verdict. After the appeal is cleared, the convict will present his facts in court. Even if the High Court does not accept the convict's appeal, he can still get parole.

In the Nikita case, the prosecution has very strong evidence. If both the parties want to appeal in the High Court, then the matter is decided to go ahead.
