I couldn’t find anything about this anywhere on the forums and I didn’t know where to post it, so figured I’d ask here.
Long story short, when I was 5 I was in a major car accident that crushed my pelvis. I needed a catheter and a colostomy bag for about a year. By science or a miracle I completely recovered and healed up, with two big scars on my stomach. Fast forward 32 years and I’m starting to get a pain beneath the colostomy incision on the left-hand side of my abdomen. It only start recently after I started training 6 days a week with semi-heavy weights.
Up until now I’ve had no trouble, no pain, no issues. I’m seeing if I can get to a doctor today or tomorrow because the pain is pretty constant, but I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts. It only happens when I bend down, twist or turn...so basically laying down on my back and standing are the only comfortable positions. Maybe it’s a kind of hernia?
