In Dungeons and Dragons, there is a thing called character alignment where you try to determine if a character is good, neutral or evil.
There is lawful good, Neutral Good, and Chaotic Good
Lawful Neutral, True Neutral, and Chaotic Neutral
Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Evil
I knew someone who fit the description I’m about to list, and I want to make a villain character in a story and eventually a graphic novel based on him:
Middle aged wealthy white man who claims to obey the law, but feels that all non whites are inferior and supports genocide of aborigine races. He feels it was a mistake to allow women the right to vote.
He once hired a man to carry his luggage for $20, but refused to pay him when the job was completed. He claims that he didn’t steal from the man, because no money was exchanged.
He feels that if rich people break the law, they should be found not guilty, but if poor people break the law, they should be prosecuted. If he robs someone, he feels that he should be forgiven, but if you or anyone else did the same thing to him, you should have the book thrown at you.
When discussing then Underground Railroad, he felt they were breaking the law for rescuing slaves and should be punished. When I asked him how he would feel if whites were the slaves and were being rescued, he agreed whites should be saved, but still felt that blacks shouldn’t be saved.
What character alignment would he fall under?
