Arshiya Limited has announced that Arshiya Northern FTWZ, a 100% subsidiary of the Company, having a Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) at Khurja (UP) has been declared as a Multi-Purpose SEZ at the 103rd Meeting of the Board of Approval for Special Economics Zones held on 18th March, 2021.
The Company confirmed that this will increase the suite of services in Arshiya Group to include manufacturing.
The manufacturing includes manufactuing of mobile, telephone, other electronics devices and Defence sector for availing off-set services along with FTWZ services.
Given the Governments push toward an Atmanirbhar India (PLI scheme) as well as a global push of multinationals to have a ‘China - Plus One’ strategy, the Company sees this as a strategic foray into offering manufacturing services to Global Marquee Clients in multiple sectors.
Arshiya was currently trading at Rs38.55 apiece down by Rs0.4 or 1.03% from its previous closing of Rs38.95 apiece on Sensex, at around 11:20 AM
