How exactly does a government benefit us when we're paying for everyone else's chit? I'll build my own damn road and town with fellow conservatives. Tired of people leeching off us
Edit: I know how a government works you tards lol. I just don't want my taxes going to welfare leeches (which is just going to increase in numbers over time). I prefer minimal or small government, but that will never happen with an ever increasing population so I see it as an all or nothing ordeal. Guess we're fxcked regardless. However I do plan living in a super red area (or at least have a vacation house somewhere red, once I'm older).

This gov't isn't left or right leaning.
They just take your money and give you nothing.
Source: look how the "covid relief" packages were split up. Far more money went to people with already robust reserves than people who needed it, despite there being far less people in those brackets.
What we have is statism, simliar to late game USSR when all companies were ran by the gov't. We've defacto created this through STUPID regulations and lobbying.
It looks like gov't and corp will always unite to lick the icecream cones of the people.

Belgium didn't have a Federal Government for almost a whole year or longer if I recall.
Hell that government shutdown in USA was so ineffective and none cared that they had to bully people by barricading free parks, lmao.
Really the Federal Governments of most countries = just embassies, military, etc. Stuff that you don't really use day to day.
