Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish regulators plan to merge border frequency pacts in one document

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom has proposed merging every agreement on radio frequencies in border areas in one single document, and has come up with a draft tri-lateral coordination pact with Sweden and Finland. The Swedish and Finnish authorities agree that one single document, for continuous updating, would be easier to use.
