IPL 2021: KKR and New Zealand batsman Tim Seifert set to join the IPL franchise in the next 24 hours- Kolkata Knight Riders and Kiwi attacking batsman Tim Seifert is all set to join KKR by Friday. He is one of the eight overseas players in the squad and the only second New Zealander after Lockie Ferguson.

Tim Seifert is a natural opening batsman. He was retained by KKR in IPL 2021. The Kolkata Knight Riders franchise bought him for Rs 50 lakh in IPL 2020. He is yet to make his debut for the KKR.
All the players need to undergo a mandatory 7-day quarantine. KKR’s training will begin in Chennai where they are set to face Sunsrisers Hyderabad in their opening fixture on April 11.
Earlier today, multiple reports confirmed that Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is set to join the squad by the end of March.
Some of the players, including keeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Rahul Tripathi and assistant coach Abhishek Nayar have begun their quarantine starting Sunday.
