This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20180417-18 dated 17th April, 2018, and Notice No. 20171025-3 dated 25 October, 2017, informing therein the Record date fixed on 24/04/2018 and 28/10/2017 by Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.(Company) for the purpose of Exercise of Put Option for Scrip Codes 953916 and 953957 respectively.

The Company has now informed that Put Option has not been exercised by the debenture holders holding the aforesaid Debentures of the  Company. Further, the Company has also requested to revoke the suspension on the aforesaid debentures.

In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealings in the below mentioned Debentures of the Company shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. March 26, 2021, (DR-249/2020-2021) :
