Failed to submit form 112

I have joined articleship recently and alongside pursuing my bcom from IGNOU.

But when filling Form102/103 I haven't mentioned anything regarding other course and didn't filled form112 because I thought and also few people told me that Form112 is not needed in case of Correspondence course.

Please tell me what should  I do know... aslo there is no option for filling form 112 on the portal now.
