Recently, the party leader Epuri Somanna declared the support of his party YSRTP to Senior IPS officer and secretary for telangana Social Welfare Residential educational institutions Society (TSWREIS) Dr RS praveen Kumar.

It is known news that bjp leaders declared war against RS praveen Kumar as a video of him gone viral on the internet in which he was seen pledging that he will not pray to hindu Gods. The video irked both bjp and vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) units and they are demanding praveen to resign from his position.

In the meanwhile, the support from YS Sharmila took everyone by shock. The party leader announced that they will support him completely in this battle. He said that it is the decision made by Sharmila and we will stand by praveen Kumar in this. He said that praveen is just helping the poor children to get education through his institute Swaero and that they will not entertain any abuses against him.

He demanded that praveen Kumar should continue in the Swaero institute and that he has no reason to disrespect the hindu Gods. Somanna said that praveen is not disrespecting the caste and religion either through his institute.
