India Ratings assigns ‘IND BBB+’/Stable credit rating of Transformers and Rectifiers

A large part of the bank facilities of the subsidiaries are guaranteed by TRIL.

India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has assigned Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TRIL) a Long-Term Issuer Rating of ‘IND BBB+’. The Outlook is Stable.

Ind-Ra has taken a consolidated view of TRIL and its six group entities to arrive at the ratings. All these entities are engaged in products or services related to the manufacturing of transformers.

Further, a large part of the bank facilities of these subsidiaries are guaranteed by TRIL.

The Company touched an intraday high at Rs18.20 per piece.

On Wednesday, Transformers & Rectifiers India ended at Rs17.60 per piece down by Rs0.05 or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs17.65 per piece on the BSE.
