The iQOO 7 could be one of the most affordable Qualcomm Snapdragon 888-powered smartphones in India, the company has officially teased. The reveal comes right after the launch of the OnePlus 9 series in India that is powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor. The iQOO 7 was launched earlier this year featuring a 120Hz refresh rate display and 120W fast charging. iQOO could soon launch the iQOO 7 in India which could be one of the most affordable phones to be powered by the Snapdragon 888.

Shortly after the launch of the OnePlus 9, 9 Pro and 9R, the Twitter handle of iQOO India posted a tweet asking users “What's better than Bang For The Buck?” and followed it up by saying “More Bang, Less Bucks!” A picture accompanying the tweet confirms that the upcoming iQOO phone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset and will be priced under Rs 40,000. The company has also teased the pricing hinting at a starting price of Rs 3X,990.

Notably, iQOO 3 is the only other phone by the company to launch in India till now. It debuted back in February 2020 as one of the first 5G phones in the country and was priced starting at Rs 36,990. It seems like the iQOO 7 will be following suit with the pricing as well which could very well make it a compelling offering.
