Aarushi was abducted on January 2, 2018, while returning home from tuition. After this, he was gang-raped and then murdered. In the moving car, NH-91 was raped in turn with Aarushi. The body was dumped in the canal in the Dadri area.
On 4 January 2018, an unknown body of Aarushi was found lying in the Rajwawa of Dadri Kotwali area. After the police investigation, the body was identified and three poor people from the non-community were named by the family members in the gang rape and murder. It is after two years that the victim is justified.
During the hearing of the case, the negligence of the police also came to light and he also got a reprimand from the court. The then garrison in charge did not present the sealed goods (girl`s slippers, bags, books, bottles, etc.) in the court. The court said that this is important evidence for the disposal of the goods case.
