Prabhudas Lilladher Report

We hosted eight capital good companies for PL Capital Goods Day in order to gain insights on bid pipeline, upcoming sectoral opportunities, various government initiatives and payment cycle and working capital intensity of various players.

Overall commentary seemed positive as -

1. enquiry levels for most companies remained strong with conversions are expected to rise in Q4,

2. international markets mainly Middle East/Africa/SAARC witnessed healthy pipeline of enquiries,

3. companies received payments on time from both clients as well as govt. authorities and

4. corporate focus remained on improving profitability, reducing working capital cycle and getting positive cash flow from operations.
