people wait for that day where they feel motivated to get up and run, workout, get that last homework in, start early on a project, meditate, read a book or whatever. For most people that day never comes. You have to make it a non-option to not do whatever you say you want to do.

Always do mate
Live by a russian proverb my whole life and I'll keep quoting it everytime I know it's necessary
Akula, kotorya Ne plavayet, tonet
Always be motivated to progress. Mentally or physically, that's the goal. Waking up should be enough motivation because it's another chance to change stuff in your life, some people don't have that type of luck. Hence why every-time I wake up, I thank god for that gift and try to better myself in every way possible.if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

Buddy, making progress does mean taking care of yourself. I take care of myself every single time I finish work by going for a run and that in turn helps me progress my cardio which attunes back to my physical bodytemple which is what I'm also taking care of. Everything you do in life reflects how you take care of your mentality and your body-temple. Every action, every thought is always going to be an effect.

Waking up is the least motivating part of my day.
Going to sleep though... always super motivated. Get most of my work done at night, workouts, etc. Every night do productive stuff. Make plans for the next day to be productive. Then wake up and it takes me 8 hours to actually wake up.★cVc★ 11b NFS

I remember in my late teens when I woke up some saturdays pumped as FUArK because i had beers, football, bbq with the lads lined up, then a house party, and a forest rave at night. I can still remember that feeling of opportunity, excitement, anticipation or what's to come. Friends, new people, yucky, thumping music.
Haven't felt that in 7 years.nothing I write is srs

I'm pretty sure Hitler did stuff he didn't want to do because he thought it was the better option. And it's funny you mention caesers because my mindset is very inspired by Marcus Aurelius. My point is that what are you going to do when you're not motivated? just stop? it's easy to be motivated after watching a action movie with a beer in you hand, but when the alarm clock rings at 04:00 are you still motivated?
