    I eat 120g/Protein and once a day Calories >2000

I know what you are thinking, that makes no sense. I have:

    Supplements:
Creatine (2 scoops) 10mg [sometimes I forget two-three days at a time, hence the TRT].
    Multi-vitamin liquid
    Protein Powder (75 Grams worth)

After two month workout without testosterone therapy
    18 inch arms
    44.5 inch chest
    228 lbs 6'3
120 grams of protein a day
    >2000 calories a day
make my meals, good eyeballing the nutrition but not exacting.

    After two month workout
    18.1 inch arms
    44.5 inch chest
    236lbs 6'3
    120grams of protein a day
    >2000 calories a day
    Meal prep-order in 6 days / 1 cheat day

Why did I keep taking breaks after the third month?
Bone stress fractures due to weak bone density. (hence the TRT findings, now I dont get them anymore)

I can tell you this is true. My hormones are optimal and mind you both before my testosterone therapy (average 350-700 normal, mine was 235) I was still able to reach 18 inch arms with no problem. Now its >1500 levels after treatment, my Thyroid levels are normal too. So now that we got that out of the way, can anyone tell me why I can actively defy 0.7 - 1.5 (depending on if you read medical or fitness magazine) Protein Intake per lb and calorie intake while still gaining results? I read extensive medical journals and all foretell that todays intermittent fastening works, current micro-biome impacts or metabolism, and testosterone as a whole (men wise) decline steadily, but nobody knows exactly why I am able to do this. Any help is much appreciated so I can hone on it. If I eat the suggested 3500 calories I gain 1 lb of fat every couple of days.

You're an enhanced lifter who is eating enough calories to gain weight and you are asking us why you are getting bigger? I'm confused.

The average person I talk to in health, fitness, and medical articles say more calories are required to gain muscle. I don't need to consume as many calories. So why is that?

Well you're on TRT and have 2x the average of the normal range of test. Prior to that, and now as well, its also likely you're miscounting.
    Bench: 365
    Squat: 495
    Deadlift: 535
