    My 3 day a week Newbie Workout

    I dont know if i should post this here but i havent seen a section specifically for noobs like myself
    Id like some advice on my full body workout i threw together which i will use 3 days a week
    I have 3 months experience in the gym consistent but with little to no gains

    (EXERCISES WITH NO WEIGHT AMOUNT I RECENTLY ADDED)


    Overhead Press 4x10

    Donkey delt raise 4x20

    Tricep extension 41kg+2.3 4x10

    Arm curl 36kg 4x10

    Abs Progressive Overload

    Deadlift 60kg 5x5

    LB/HB Squat 40kg 4x10

    Hamstring Curls 4x10

    Leg Extension 45kg+2.3 4x10.

    Ab machine 41kg + 2.3 4x10

    Leg Press 52kg 4x10

    Benchpress 25kg 5x5

    Seated cable row 25kg. 5x5

    Lat pulldown 39kg 5x5

    Calf raises 4x10

    Hip thrust 4x10
