Mumbai: Actor Emraan Hashmi, whose film Mumbai Saga is currently hitting the box office, has a string of films appearing.
The actor currently has three very different films in his cat. While dedicated to Chehre and Ezra, the actor has yet to confirm that he plays the villain in Tiger 3.. He says it looks like he finally got rid of the “Serial Kisser” tag.
“I have not done those films a little bit yet. People no longer address me like that. I’ve never really thought about how people think of me. “According to the film, I have never thought about how people experience me,” he told IANS.
However, the actor says he has never bothered to change people’s perception.
‘It’s up to people to think how they want to think. I can not catch people by the throat and force them to look at me in a certain way. I just do my job as an actor and do not think about the perception as such, ”he says.
Meanwhile, Emraan says he is relieved that his film Mumbai Saga has received a theatrical release.
“There was a bit of nervousness and excitement, because it’s our baby who’s been ready for a while. We could not release it last year. But better late than never, ‘he says.
He says films like Mumbai Saga should be released in theaters.
‘This film was always meant for a theatrical release. People will enjoy this film to the maximum there, ”he says.
However, he adds that he has no idea when it comes to predicting how his films will fare at the box office.
‘You have cherished this baby and want to know if the world will accept or reject it. But at the same time you do not know what a Friday brings, ”he says.
Meanwhile, the actor says he is waiting for his other films to be released.
‘I’m currently concentrating on these films. I’m ready to release my upcoming films and then move on to the new projects, ‘he says.
Emraan’s next film is Chehre, a psychological drama starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rhea Chakraboty. His other upcoming film Ezra takes him back to the horror genre.
