On Track Innovations Ltd. Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Financial Results to Wednesday, March 31st

YOKNEAM, Israel, March 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTI) (OTCQX: OTIVF), a global provider of near field communication (NFC) and cashless payment solutions, announced today that due to some technical reasons, the financial results release for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020 has been delayed by a day and rescheduled to Wednesday, March 31st, 2021.
Management will host an investor conference call the next day at 9:00am ET on Thursday, April 1, 2021, to discuss the financial results and provide a corporate update. The call will conclude with a live Q&A session.
