    How many exercises

    For legs I currently do

    Squats, hack squats, romanian deadlifts, single leg curls, glute exercise and calf raises.

    I do the sets for all these with 3 minute rest between and recover well before my next leg day. The problem is this takes me 1.5 hours to do. How can I shorten this workout but still get enough volume?

    Maybe cut the volume and increase the frequency. Suppose you are doing your leg day twice a week. That's 3 hours. Cut back on the volume so that it takes you 1 hour, but you are going to have 3 leg workouts a week. That's still 3 hours.

    That's an issue, I only have 5 convective days to workout. Monday and Thursday upper body, Tuesday and Friday upper body. Rest Wednesday and work the weekend.
