To build an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace for a multi-generational workforce, Cipla Ltd. has extended their Group Mediclaim Policy to cover LGBTQ and Live-in Partners under the #EqualCipla initiative. This initiative is with keeping in mind the changing needs of an evolving workplace.
